Shipping, returns, and policies

Shipping
Shipping within the US is free and tracked. Orders are processed in 1–3 business days, then take 7–15 business days to arrive. Items in one order may arrive in separate packages because they ship from our fulfillment partners, which may be outside the United States. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Returns and exchanges
You can return any item within 30 days of delivery. Email us your order number and what you'd like to return. If something arrives damaged or defective, send a photo and we'll replace or refund it at no cost to you. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
Privacy
We collect your name, email, phone number, and shipping address to fulfill your order. We share them only with our payment processor (Stripe), our fulfillment partner, and the shipping carrier. Card details go directly to Stripe and never reach our servers. We don't sell your information.
Terms
Prices are in US dollars. By placing an order you agree to these policies. If we can't fulfill an order, we'll cancel it and refund you in full.
