Get the size right
Takes two minutes with a soft tape measure. A piece of string and a ruler works too.
Measure the back
From the base of the neck, where the collar sits, to the base of the tail.
Measure the chest
Around the widest part of the ribcage, just behind the front legs.
Trace a front paw
Have your dog stand on paper, mark both sides of the paw, and measure the width for boots.
Each product page has its own size chart. Between two coat sizes? Pick the larger one.
How long does shipping take?
Orders ship in 1–3 business days and usually arrive 7–15 business days after that. Every order is tracked, and we email you the tracking link as soon as it ships.
Where do orders ship from?
Our gear ships from fulfillment partners, some of them outside the United States. That's why delivery takes a little longer than big-box stores, and why items in one order can arrive in separate packages.
What if the size is wrong?
Email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll help you exchange or return it. Before you order, the size guide on each product page shows the measurements for every size.
How do I measure my dog?
Use a soft tape measure for back length (base of the neck to base of the tail) and chest (widest part behind the front legs). For boots, trace a front paw on paper and measure its width.
Can I wash the gear?
Most pieces are fabric or silicone and can be hand-washed and air-dried. Each product page lists any care notes we have for it.
